Frame

The Frame is rigidly constructed from 2062 prime plates .we use mig welding . for joining of plates . we cut machine frame on cnc gas cutting machine . bed is constructed box type . for its longer life .

Hold Down System

Spring Loaded mechanical Hold Down system are provided to hold the sheet
securely to avoid slipping and bowing. The pressure of each hold down unit is ample
to securely hold even shorter pieces under one hold down. The increase/decrease
of pressure of hold down is adjusted through springs .

Knives

Each machine is provided with high quality single segment, D2 (HcHcr) BLADES for
enhanced tool life. The knives blades are four edged.

Mechanical Back Gauge

Gears are of steel cast or fabricated. Gear teeth are generated by precision hobbing the Power Press machine.

Flywheel

Properly sized flywheel is made of high grade cast iron, for storing and releasing adequate energy for the cutting operations, and properly balanced for smooth running.

Lubrication System

Single shot lubrication provides oil to all the lubrication points, where necessary, thus all bearing parts and guide surface, etc.
